How Booking Works

Appointments are booked online. Walk-ins are not accepted. Online booking is available 24/7.
- 2.
Choose the service and add-ons you need before checkout so the correct amount of time is reserved. Booking one service does not reserve time for another. Same-day additions depend on the schedule and cannot be guaranteed.
- 3.
Complete all required intake and consent forms before your appointment so Mary can review the information and your scheduled service can begin on time.
- 4.
For Bridal, standard In-Studio Bridal Makeup and Trial/Previews are directly bookable. Travel, larger parties, and custom Bridal requests use the Bridal Inquiry Form.
- 5.
Use chat or contact the studio if you are unsure what to book before finalizing your appointment.
Important Appointment Information
Payments & Rescheduling
- • Appointment deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
- • Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and missed appointments may result in payment forfeiture.
Late Arrival
- • The grace period is 12 minutes.
- • There is no automatic late fee.
- • After 12 minutes, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled.
- • Clients running late or experiencing a same-day issue should text 216-258-4923.
Guest & Child Policy
Please come alone unless another guest is also receiving a service. This helps maintain a safe, focused appointment environment and protects the scheduled time. Children under 10 require approval before the appointment and may incur a $25 inconvenience fee.
