3. Booking, Cancellations, and No Show Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to our current booking policies, which may include deposits, cancellation windows, grace periods, and no show fees.

Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling fees, and any non refundable portions are clearly outlined in the booking process. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to those terms. Except where required by law, deposits and payments are non refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust service pricing, offerings, promos, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Beauty services, including but not limited to makeup, waxing, brows, facials, and permanent makeup, are highly individual. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Photos and examples are representative and may not reflect your exact result. Your results can vary based on your skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, health, and other factors outside our control.

By receiving services, you acknowledge that you understand these factors and that no outcome is guaranteed.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Arrive on time and prepared according to any pre care instructions provided.
